“Hi Caroline! Thankfully, things are much brighter now! I also wanted to say properly how grateful I am to you. You helped me through my undergraduate and my PGCE, and I genuinely don’t think I could have navigated those years in quite the same way without your unwavering support. You were such an important person during such a significant chapter of my life.”

Hi Caroline! Thankfully, things are much brighter now! I also wanted to say properly how grateful I am to you. You helped me through my undergraduate and my PGCE, and I genuinely don’t think I could have navigated those years in quite the same way without your unwavering support. You were such an important person during such a significant chapter of my life.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Nerys and Lucy for being my mentors from February until September this year. Your support, patience, feedback, advice and warm personalities have helped push me over the finish line and complete my MA. You've made me feel as though I am enough, and made sure I was completely comfortable in all of our sessions. The strategies, conversations and things we discussed will stay with me for the rest of my life, and I am so glad that we met. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for everything. I hope that gives you some idea of just how grateful I am to you both. You have made such a difference to me over the past few months, and I honestly feel incredibly lucky that our paths crossed. The world needs more Nerys's and Lucy's in it!
Marlene has been brilliant. We've got into a rhythm with sessions and how to use them to my best advantage. The communication between us is clear and open regarding how best to use the study skills: how to help / what works & doesn't work, what I can improve on and get more help with etc. Marlene is very approachable, funny and an all round lovely person who I respect and appreciate hugely. Not only does she listen, but she responds and adapts to my needs, and supports me - even on bad days - in such a way I always leave our sessions in a better place than I was at the start. I have come value my time with Marlene even more than when I first started, and can see the impact she's having through my returned essay results.
